Week 2 begins!

The first two days of our second week have been busy. We have collected the surveys, spoken with our chosen transportation company and have created a concrete plan with costs to present to the hospital.

We are putting the finishing touches on our written report and planning our formal proposal to the hospital which we will present Thursday morning. Tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. we also have a meeting with Alysa to look over our written report and storyboard to make sure we are on the right track.

The biggest task right now is to focus on the stand, print posters, get banners, etc. so that Monday morning we do not have issues or possible delays. But besides that, we are basically done with our project!! The only thing left is what the hospital will say but we believe they will look favorably upon it.
