PROPOSAL PRESENTATION

presented to the head nurse, an Epidemiological Surveillance and Research Coordinator, and a doctor from the board of the hospital who takes part in the administration

The following is the presentation which we proposed to the hospital. Included are the transportation costs, the survey results, and the bus route. It is in Spanish as our company (the hospital)'s main language is Spanish.

Ultimately the hospital's decision was in favor of the proposal. We received some feedback to fix in our proposal and they agreed that it has a lot of potential. The next step would be to officially present it to the head nun, human resources, and other board members in a sort of conference meeting.

If it were to be implemented, we have agreed to continue working on the project until it is completely sustainable on its own. From the meeting, we know it would be a trial run at first, but then if it works it could become something bigger and maybe even be implemented to the other hospital El Rosario has in the center of the city.

For the official presentation, we intend to make brochures which will also be passed out to employees containing information about the service being provided.
